Giben Scandinavia A/S becomes Gibotech A/S
Gibotech A/S is the new name for Giben Scandinavia A/S. The Managing Direction of Giben Scandinavia A/S has made a "Management-Buy-Out" of Giben International SpA and so they have taken over all shares and activities of Giben Scandinavia A/S.
Though the new name signals a new period and opportunities Gibotech A/S will continue all activities of Giben Scandinavia A/S, including business with machines and systems from Giben International SpA and CMS Spa and robots from FANUC.

The considerations about the new name have been many, some of them that it should be easy to draw parallels to Giben, and that it had to signals the future in terms of high tech which is the core business of Gibotech A/S. Professionals have been dedicated to design logo and letters, for instance the "G" like in Gibotech, that also has the form like the octagonal buildings of Gibotech's domicile.

With the new name and the new owner ship the optimum platform is made for our visions and strategies says the new owners Poul Fuglsang, Henrik Anker and Mikkel Bjerregaard.
