GiboCobotFlex designed to handle a wide range of tasks, from machine tending and assembly to palletizing, and more. The core of the solution lies in the mobile cart, which can be moved from task to task. The cart itself is moved to the task, and then the equipment needed for that specific task is attached to the side. This is easily done by placing the equipment as close to the cart as possible. The robot then locates the exact position via a landmark placed on the side equipment.

To ensure maximum flexibility, the gripper is based on standard components and can be easily swapped out using the plug-and-play principle. This means that GiboCobotFlex can operate a CNC machine GiboCobotFlex day and, the next day, palletize boxes onto a Euro pallet or polish workpieces to a high gloss. The entire solution is integrated through user-friendly drag-and-drop programming in the included software.
