GiboBox is a box-erecting cell based on a modular design that allows for expansion with additional modules as needed. If you purchase GiboBox as a stand-alone unit, it replaces manual box erecting for cardboard boxes ranging in size from 120x120x120 mm to 650x650x550 mm. The cell is simple, user-friendly, and offers high output.
You select the box size on a touchscreen, load the flat sheet into the magazine and the labels into the printer, and the cell is ready to operate. The robot picks up the flat sheet, opens the box, applies a label, and seals the bottom of the box. The box then exits the cell with the top open, ready to be filled.
GiboBox can be expanded to handle multiple parcel cells at a time by adding more discharge conveyors and cardboard magazines.
Gibobox is designed using durable materials and well-thought-out solutions that ensure maximum uptime with minimal maintenance costs, provided the system is inspected by authorized Gibotech service personnel at least once a year.
