GiboPalletize is a palletizing cell based on a modular design that allows for expansion with additional modules as needed. If you purchase GiboPalletize as a stand-alone unit, it replaces manual palletizing of cardboard boxes onto pallets within dimensions ranging from 120x120x120 mm to 650x650x550 mm.
The cell is simple, easy to operate, and has a high output. You place two empty pallets in the pallet guide and close the cell doors. On the HMI touchscreen, you select the pallet pattern and box size. The cell is then ready for operation. The infeed conveyor moves the cardboard boxes forward to the robot, which picks up the box and places it on the pallet. When the pallet is full, the robot switches sides and continues palletizing, while you can remove the filled pallet and place an empty pallet in the guide.
GiboPalletize can be expanded to include automatic pallet changing and stretch wrapping as needed.
GiboPalletize is designed with durable materials and well-thought-out solutions that ensure maximum uptime with minimal maintenance costs, provided the system is inspected by authorized Gibotech personnel at least once a year.
