This means that we distribute OSAI’s innovative solutions and spare parts, and we also provide support and maintenance services for existing OSAI products in Denmark, Sweden, and Norway.
Spare Parts and Service
We always have plenty of spare parts in stock, and if you happen to need a spare part that we don’t currently have on hand, we can usually order it for you with next-day delivery.
All employees in Gibotech’s service department have extensive knowledge of both new and older OSAI controllers, and we provide repair and support services for all OSAI products—from the older 8600 controllers through the 310 and 510 controllers to the latest models.
OSAI is currently being adopted by an increasing number of CNC manufacturers. This is partly because they are easy to use, and, unlike other systems, they are compatible with virtually all types of bus systems and servo systems.
All of OSAI’s CNC control systems support older hardware versions, making them a future-proof solution. OSAI’s systems can be easily upgraded without requiring a major redesign. Recently, we have installed several retrofits in which we have replaced outdated controls on CNC machines with more modern ones.
