When you combine a robot with a CNC machine, you get the CNC machine’s precision, reliability, and high level of safety, along with its robustness, strength, and speed to perform any type of milling, drilling, and 3D machining, combined with the robot’s high efficiency, strength, and exceptional operational stability.
For example, the robot can be supplied with robustly constructed accessories and a tried-and-tested gripper with a vacuum suction pad. The vacuum suction pad grips the entire surface, ensuring that no marks are left on the workpiece. The robot’s tooling is designed to integrate a vacuum cleaner to remove dust or chips before the workpiece is palletized. Before palletization, the workpiece is buffed with brushes, leaving the finished product with smooth, rounded edges that can be packaged and shipped to customers.
The entire solution is integrated through the GiboSoft software platform, which uses intuitive interfaces and options to create a user experience that makes it easy for you to operate the system after just a few hours of training.
