At Nyt OUH, automation was a major focus area when we were developing our logistics operations. We aim to create work procedures that are both more efficient and less physically demanding for our employees. For example, in the kitchen, we have eliminated much of the manual transport of food carts, so employees no longer have to push carts through the hot dishwashing area and directly into the cold storage area. Similarly, we have a robot that empties the dirty food carts. This improves the work environment, reduces energy consumption, and frees up staff to focus on other tasks.

We specialize in providing complete CNC solutions with automated machine operation, where robots handle the workpieces, thereby sparing employees from heavy lifting and monotonous, repetitive work. CNC machines for plastics

CNC machining of plastics requires machines that are specifically designed for this purpose. We have extensive experience advising customers on which type of machine to choose to best meet their needs and requirements. The CNC machining centers for plastics supplied by Gibotech are manufactured by CMS. They also produce vacuum forming machines for the plastics industry.

CNC machines for stone

It takes very special machinery and technology to process a material like stone. The CNC machines sold by Gibotech are specially designed to work with various materials such as marble, granite, and ceramics.

CNC machines for composites

Machining composites is a complex process, and it is important to choose the right machining center. The CNC machine must be configured correctly, and the guides and other components must be covered and protected from the dust particles that are often generated during composite machining. For composite machining, Gibotech uses CMS, a brand that guarantees high-quality machines.

Water jets

The waterjet’s machining method, which uses water and a fine cutting agent, ensures that no hazardous fumes or fine particles are released into the air. Vacuum formers for plastic

Vacuum forming machines for plastic are used for the efficient shaping of plastic sheets using heat and vacuum. The process enables the production of lightweight, strong, and uniform parts with high repeatability.
