This is a fully automated machining cell for the production of vacuum-formed plastic parts. The cell consists of a high-performance 5-axis CNC machine and a fully automated vacuum former, both of which ensure high productivity, combined with robustness, strength, and speed to guarantee the production of vacuum-formed plastic parts of the highest quality.

The machines are operated by a 7-axis industrial robot equipped with a proven gripper featuring vacuum suction cups. The suction cups do not leave marks on the workpiece’s contact surface, regardless of the material composition.

The entire solution is integrated through the GibSoft software platform, which uses intuitive interfaces and options to create a user experience that makes it easy for you to operate the system after just a few hours of training.

The robot's tool is designed to accommodate a vacuum cleaner for removing dust or chips before the workpiece is palletized.

Before the item is palletized, it is brushed to ensure that the finished product has smooth, rounded edges, making it ready to be packaged and shipped to customers.
