• New CMS HMI ThermoActive software designed specifically for the thermoforming process. The timeline and exclusive dashboard ensure quick and easy-to-understand monitoring of both production and process control.

• CMS ThermoProphet system for automatic control of plate heating via a thermal camera.

• The frame and synchronized movement are powered by four electrically coupled brushless motors (gantry). Power is transmitted via fixed rack-and-pinion systems, eliminating moving mechanical parts that protrude from the machine.‍

• New cooling system with mobile outlets installed directly on the mold.‍

• Quick format change thanks to the fully automatic "window plate" and "clamping frame" system.‍

• Mold table with computer-controlled brushless motion, featuring high speed and precision. The patented motion is achieved thanks to two electronically coupled servo motors (gantry), which ensure fast and precise positioning of the mold.
