   ‍CMSThermoProphet system for automatic control of heating systems via thermal imaging.

2. No moving parts
   ‍Frameand mold movement driven by 4 electrically coupled brushless motors (gantry). Power is transmitted via fixed columns, thereby eliminating moving mechanical parts that protrude from the machine.

3. New cooling system
   Newcooling system for molds with mobile outlets installed on the mold structure.
   
4. Quick format change
   ‍Quickformat change thanks to a fully automatic window plate and clamping frame.‍

5. HMI ThermoActive
   ‍NewCMS HMI ThermoActive software designed specifically for the thermoforming process. The timeline and exclusive dashboard make it quick and easy to monitor production and process control.‍

6. PC-controlled brushless motion
   ‍Mold tablewith PC-controlled brushless motion and the ability to save speed and position settings. The patented motion is achieved thanks to two electronically coupled servo motors (gantry), which ensure fast and precise positioning of the mold.

The Eidos is available in a single-station version as well as with an automatic loading/unloading system in various configurations.
