Gibotech and Henrik Danevig-Anker are the winners of the 2022 Regional Theme Award

The winners of the 2022 Regional Theme Award were Gibotech and Henrik Danevig-Anker. The award was presented for the theme “Talent & Trust,” and in the jury’s assessment, particular emphasis was placed on Gibotech’s growth, which would not have been possible without a high level of employee engagement.

When the 2022 Owner-Manager of the Year award for Funen was presented on Wednesday, November 9, the winner of the Regional Theme Award was also announced. This year, the award went to Gibotech and the company’s CEO, Henrik Danevig-Anker.

The theme of the award was “Talent & Trust,” and these two factors have been key to Gibotech’s exponential growth in recent years. The number of employees has skyrocketed, and the company’s expanded capabilities have enabled Gibotech to establish a leading position both nationally and internationally in the field of hospital automation.

- The Theme Award goes to Henrik, who has built a successful and attractive company with high ambitions and a focus on talent, the development of skilled employees, and unique technology. Gibotech attracts talent from both Denmark and abroad, which helps position Odense as an internationally recognized hub for robotics and automation solutions, says Claus Damhave, a partner at PwC in Odense

Henrik Danevig-Anker was on stage to accept the award, but he emphasizes that the credit goes to the employees. It is their dedication and extensive knowledge in complex fields that have enabled Gibotech to achieve its current market position.

Although I am the one who received the award, it also belongs to Gibotech’s employees. It is impossible to build a successful company without dedicated, ambitious, and, above all, talented employees. And Gibotech as a workplace was also a key factor in the jury’s decision to award the prize.
