The program was packed with engaging presentations from the company’s suppliers and focused on topics such as collaborative robots and safety.

Fanuc and Omron their collaborative robots, while Gimatic and OnRobot focused on their core products: robot grippers.
Gibotech’s Head of QHSE, Anders Birkholm, gave the final presentation, in which he discussed safety and all the factors to consider when investing in collaborative robots.
When we first came up with the idea of hosting a New Year’s reception, we were very curious to see how many people would accept the invitation. We were certain that many would be interested in the program, but it was, after all, a full-day event, which can be difficult for many people to find time for. That’s why we’re really pleased that we actually had a full house.
Kenneth Pedersen, Project Sales Manager at Gibotech
Following the presentations, guests had the opportunity to visit the suppliers’ booths in Gibotech’s showroom, where they could learn much more about the various products.
And there was lively conversation in the hall, where attendees not only spoke with suppliers but also networked and exchanged experiences across the industry, particularly with those considering investing in collaborative robots.
There was also no doubt that the suppliers appreciated interacting with customers in a different way.
- It was a fantastic event that will definitely bring us business—both now and in the long term. All Omron participants Omron extremely positive about the event and the progress of our partnership, said Thomas Jørgensen, Area Sales Manager at Omron, who unveiled their brand-new, large mobile robot for the first time on Danish soil at the New Year’s reception.
This great success naturally gives us hope for a repeat performance.
- It was a pleasure to have so many people here and to be able to show them not only our solutions but also our suppliers’ latest offerings. And it’s clear that, given all the positive feedback, we’ll have to do it again. Now we just need to figure out what topic to put on the agenda next time—which might already be this fall, concludes Kenneth Pedersen.
